How long does shipping and handling take?
All orders made before 12PM Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day through either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. All orders made by 6AM PST Saturday will be shipped the same day. All orders made after these hours will be shipped out the following day, except for Sunday.
First Class mail is estimated for 2-5 days and Priority is estimated for 2-3 days in the continental US.
Canadian Orders will arrive by Canadian Post estimated in 10-15 days once shipped.


How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order online you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will also receive another email when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. The email stating your package has been shipped contains a link to track down your order online. You can also contact customer service if you have difficulties tracking your order online.


Are your products tested on animals?
No, none of our products are tested on animals.


Where are your products made?
All our products are manufactured in the USA.


Can I cancel an order?
We have 24/7 fulfillment centers constantly working on to prepare your order. Once an order is made we cannot guarantee a cancelation due to the possibility of the package already being shipped. Call customer service if you wish to cancel and we will further instruct you on cancelling an order or returning it to us for a refund.


What type of Vitamin C is in the C serum?
We use Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, the most bio-available and stable Vitamin C available.


How do I use the Vitamin C Serum?
1. Cleanse and exfoliate skin then apply small fingertip amount to face, pat dry.
2. Apply a thin layer of serum, allow to dry.
3. Allow time to absorb prior to moisturizer application



How do I use the Anti-Aging Serum?
Apply 2-4 pumps to the face and neck twice a day, or as needed. Smooth product gently into the skin in circular motions. Allow cream to absorb fully before applying moisturizer.


Should I use the serum in the morning, evening, or both?
Use anti-aging serum twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Use our Vitamin C serum once a day, preferably in the morning.


How long will it take to get results?
On average consumers report softer, brighter skin within the week of using our serum. After three weeks of consistent use, you should notice softer texture, more even tone, greater brightness, and a more moisturized and plump appearance to your skin. Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, skin condition, and frequency of use. Generally full results are achieved in six to eight months of continuous use.
