Our shipping facilities at Her Harmony 100 Pure, ship your package Monday - Saturday, & even the same day for orders made at/or before 1PM EST. All orders made will be sent through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 4 business days.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL HER HARMONY PRODUCTS
Her Harmony accepts returns within 30 days of all unopened products. Buyer is responsible for the shipping for all returns. All returns must need an RMA return authorization from Her Harmony 's customer service. All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment method. Returns can take up to 15 days to complete.
